Costs

We are proud of the quality work we produce at affordable prices. By signing up for a retainer agreement for as little as 5 hours a month, clients benefit from discounted rates.

We do however, offer a flat rate of $40 per hour for individual projects and for new clients who are unsure of how much assistance they will require initially.

Don't forget the following additional benefits of working with a Virtual Assistant:

• As an independent contractor I take care of my own taxes, Social Security and Medicare payments
• I won't ever charge you for my lunch breaks, coffee breaks, bathroom breaks, private calls or time spent socializing.
• I won't charge you if I'm sick or on vacation, in fact I'll find you another Virtual Assistant to cover me if you wish.
• I won't charge you for the use or maintenance of my office space or equipment.
• I will charge you *only for the time I spend productively working on your tasks at a flat hourly rate.
• Once we have established a working relationship, you may find it more convenient and economical to switch to my discounted retainer rates.

*Any materials purchased to complete your tasks will be billed at cost, e.g. postage, stationery, CDs etc.
